We’re excited to offer a free, in-person birthing class led by local doula Abby Larsen, designed for expecting families and caregivers in Columbia County.
This welcoming and informative workshop will:
• Guide participants through the stages of labor and birth
• Include a fun, reflective icebreaker to explore common fears about giving birth
• Provide a birthing plan template that participants will begin completing together during the session
Whether you're planning a hospital birth, home birth, or something in between, this class offers practical support in a warm, inclusive environment.
