Free Community Birthing Classes
The Family Resource Centers of Columbia County is proud to offer free community birthing classes in partnership with Abby Larsen of Hudson Doula Care. These monthly sessions provide expecting families with practical tools, hands-on learning, and supportive guidance to help prepare for labor, birth, and the early days of parenting.
Thanks to generous funding from the Berkshire Taconic Community Foundation, all classes are offered free of charge. We are also grateful to our partners at The Spark of Hudson for generously providing their space.
