About the Facilitator
Arlene Rappoccio is a mother of six grown children and proud grandmother of eight. After spending many years as a stay-at-home mom, Arlene developed a deep passion for childbirth and supporting women during one of the most important moments of their lives.
Her journey into birth advocacy began over 20 years ago when her niece invited her into the delivery room for support and guidance during a difficult decision about her birth plan. That experience sparked a calling that eventually led Arlene to pursue training and work as a birth doula nearly a decade later.
Arlene believes every mother deserves to feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout pregnancy, labor, and delivery. She is passionate about helping women navigate the emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of motherhood with confidence and compassion.
While she is currently taking a pause from doula work to care for her granddaughter full-time, Arlene continues to find great joy in supporting and encouraging mothers and families during their parenting journeys.
