Peer to Peer Caregiver Support Groups

Find Your Circle at FRC

Parenting can be joyful, messy, and overwhelming—and you don’t have to go through it alone. Starting in October 2025, FRC is launching monthly Peer-to-Peer Support Groups designed to give parents and caregivers a space to connect, reflect, and grow together through all stages of early parenthood.

These sessions are completely free and will be held at a designated location in Hudson, NY.

👥 Who Facilitates?

Groups are initially facilitated by Linda Andrews, Executive Director of the Family Resource Centers, who brings both professional expertise and lived experience as a parent. Participants will have the opportunity to co-lead future sessions based on their interests and personal journeys—because we believe the best support often comes from those who’ve walked a similar path.

🧭 Choose the Group That Fits You:

  • A space for expecting families to talk openly about birth prep, emotional wellness, and what to expect—no matter what stage of the journey you're in.

  • For parents navigating the early months of life with a new baby, including sleep, feeding, identity shifts, and more.

  • For parents/caregivers facing the beautiful chaos of toddlerhood—tantrums, milestones, behavior, and school readiness.

📝 How to Join

Pre-registration is required so we can plan intentionally for each group. Sessions will be held once a month, and you’re welcome to join more than one group if it fits your family’s needs.
